Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 14 oz Broccolini, rough stems trimmed
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 tsp red chili fakes, plus more to taste
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 0.5 mozzarella, sliced into 1/2" pieces
- 1 baguette, cut in half widthwise.
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the salt, popper, and chili flakes, stirring occasionally, until lightly charred and stems are tender, about 4 minutes. Squeeze juice from lemon over, discard the lemon itself.
- Open the baguette, layer slices of mozzarella on the bottom, top with broccolini. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
