Cheesy Broccolini Sando

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the salt, popper, and chili flakes, stirring occasionally, until lightly charred and stems are tender, about 4 minutes. Squeeze juice from lemon over, discard the lemon itself.
  2. Open the baguette, layer slices of mozzarella on the bottom, top with broccolini. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
