This Starbucks-style coffee cake is the perfect companion to your morning coffee or afternoon tea. With its buttery, moist base and generous layer of cinnamon-sugar crumb topping, each bite is a delightful mix of softness and crunch.

Steps
- Add dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix in butter: Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbs form. Set aside.
- Prepare Oven and Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F. bake 5 Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add Butter, Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar with an electric beater until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the sour cream to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Add to pan: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake without topping: Put the pan with batter in the oven for 15 minutes
- Add Topping: Remove from the oven and quickly top with the topping evenly.
- Finish Baking: Place back into the oven for another 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in pan completely, about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately
