Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and fast, until small small bubbles in the batter are noticeable.
  2. Turn a pan on low heat. Wait until it's warm.
  3. Drop a ladle in the center of the pan. Rotate the pan to cover with batter. Let cook about 2 minutes until the batter starts to solidify.
  4. Using a spatula, lift the sides of the crepe before flipping, then flip over, cooking for another 30-60 seconds.
  5. Slide off pan and onto plate, stuff with any of the suggested toppings or add your own, then fold.
  6. Some ingredients can be topped. Try: drizzling melted chocolate on top, then sprinkling with powdered sugar (really ups the presentation value!)
