Ingredients
Crepes
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
Suggested Toppings
- Jelly
- Chocolate and fruit
- Bacon, egg, cheese
- Ham, cheese, arugula
- Confection sugar
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and fast, until small small bubbles in the batter are noticeable.
- Turn a pan on low heat. Wait until it’s warm.
- Drop a ladle in the center of the pan. Rotate the pan to cover with batter. Let cook about 2 minutes until the batter starts to solidify.
- Using a spatula, lift the sides of the crepe before flipping, then flip over, cooking for another 30-60 seconds.
- Slide off pan and onto plate, stuff with any of the suggested toppings or add your own, then fold.
- Some ingredients can be topped. Try: drizzling melted chocolate on top, then sprinkling with powdered sugar (really ups the presentation value!)
