Curried Chickpea Wrap

Steps

  1. Drain the chickpeas into a colander.
  2. Add half of your chickpeas, along with your spices, lemon/lime, date syrup, & miso paste into your food processor, along with a few tablespoons water (optional).
  3. Process until smooth & remove bowl.
  4. Prepare and chop up all your vegetables.
  5. Add to your bowl (except the lettuce) & pulse for two sets of 5 seconds (ensure you don't over process).
  6. Assemble into your tortilla wrap, then layer the lettuce alongside.
  7. Slice in diagonal halves, then garnish and serve.
