Steps
- Set a pot of water to a boil
- Melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring often, in a medium heat-resistant bowl held over the boiling water
- Remove from heat once melted and beat in sugar, salt, and vanilla
- Beat in eggs
- Add cocoa powder last, stir to combine
- Ladle into a greased pan
- Bake at 375 until set
- Cool before serving
