Ingredients
- 4-6 eggs
- dash of salt
- water
Steps
- Add eggs to a pot. Fill with enough cold water so that the level is about an inch above the eggs. Sprinkle in salt.
- Set to high heat, bringing the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and immediately cover. Let sit for 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water for at least 1 minute.
- Eggs can be consumed immediately or refrigerated for leader consumption.
