Ingredients
- 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- 1 packet packet of Au Jus powder, or Onion gravy/gravy powder
- 1 stick butter
- 0.5 Jar sliced Pepperoncini peppers and juice
Steps
- Add Chuck Roast to bottom of slow cooker, top with all other ingredients.
- Slow cook on Low heat for 8 hours.

- Also works with wild game, such as beaver, for the meat.
