Sesame Miso Roasted Red Cabbage

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
  2. Spread out the cabbage wedges on a baking tray, toss with the oil and season lightly. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile make the dressing by whisking together all the ingredients.
  4. Once the 30 minutes is up, use a pastry brush to coat the cabbage pieces in the dressing then turn the oven up to 460°F and return them to the oven for a further 15 minutes until cooked through, caramelized and beginning to get a little crisp at the edges.
