Turmeric Immunity Tea

Steps

  1. Bring the water, lemon peel, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, and black pepper to a minimal simmer.
  2. Maintain a low simmer for 7 minutes. Don't let bubble or boil, as it can harm the nutrients.
  3. Take off the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice and stir in the coconut oil and honey.
  4. Strain the tea into a container or a cup. Tea in a closed container kept in the refrigerator will keep up to 3 days.
